====== Session 173: 17 Jan 24, day 109 ======

Jing's Munchin game continues... with Fria being next in the frame.
  * Fria finally gets opponents: bullrog (eek have to fight), bones taken by vulf so I don't HAVE to run away, rats (w no treasure), tv of luurve (no effect). Frias initiative is low so everything attacks first.  The bullrog attacks red and Frias' hair is red. It attacks 4 times.. 3x with its feet of branding iron and and 1x with whip. it narrowly misses its whip grapple but it puts two symbols on fria that: weakness & pain (both failed str drops 7 & for next -4 attack & ability ) then the rats attack..and miss. Fria takes the tv and rats out w a cone of cold, and hurst the bullrog.. but not much (20dr cold) a chain lightning fails (immune) then it charges for (37) the disintegrate hurst a little, then it casts a spell with two large hands with fingers..he is force caged and teleport out and moves his pointing hands .. finally fria banishes it.
  * Jestix picks up a boosted king-tut, Frias' undead bones, a game store manager and a puachu .  We join in with as many boost for jestix as possible.  A full and frank exchange of blows occurs .. king tut (lvl 21) gives as good as he gets. but eventually is pummeled into oblivion: jestix gets 10 treasures
we return back to 'reality' and assess the long term effects of jing's intervention
> Fria has symbols are perm marked: once per day she may activate symbol of pain and weakness to everyone else in 60'.  Also an unluck field someone within 60' fails a s/th as frias' choice.

> Vulf is perm wearing helm of courage featuring a chicken: immune to fear (which he is anyway) -3chr, +3ac luck bonus (stacks). Isondel can take the helm from him.

> Bjarni's 'female' curse (don't call me shirley) makes him become a female bear. On Bjarni's head is a night light of a glowing moon aura. 1/day it can point & "heal".

> Jestix's titan-slayer is now gold plated. Minor creation 3x per day. he also gains the title "Verdant Grand pubah Wolf friend, Unchanging Titan-Overlord, champion of the 6 ways, chaser of the truth and master of the junct"

> Ahumnstut needs to wash 1/day otherwise he stinks, really stinks. Once per day summon swiss guard with pole-axe. Also gains spell holy-cow can turn one cow into sacred relic.(eat for bless for 8 hrs)

> Isondels spiky shoes kick attacks countas  a weapon.

> Henry gets a +4 ac from spiked cod-piece
> Leonora kills a creature she can toss it into combat to explode in a meat-blast (9d6 damanbge 20' radius, reflex s/th dc 18)

we return to the mages-4 compound. Thanking jing.

we have the key to the secret door so we go to explore.. we all squeeze in and use the key this time (last time it opened and teleported us)
> the beyond doorway opens into a mutli-exit room with a lower area below..we're on a balcony above a lower floor.. the balcony has 3 doors from it. We explore methodically.  A winding-way nexus point. One is full of blankets camping equip and preserved rations (a stash).
> the stair leading down to the lower level , we turn back and explore back along the corridor . 4 equal size rooms come from the corrridor
> large romm lit by sunlight 4 doors head to mages 4 chambers ( one rustic, one simple, one sunlit etc, beds chest draws art v nice
> at the nd is a large curvd wall with a forcewall bisecting it a viewing chamber into a howling wind/ vista over surrounding mountains.
> off to one side of the viewing platform is a brick built bbq.cabinets, brazier etc. vulf steps through the 'glass' protecting the patio and explores the shelf.  Something bird like has been here recently leavign scrates in the rock... a dragon/roc/eagle? A sulfurous smell, a demonic thing ?  The inner / protected patio area is full of cocktails and nice stuff. Fria checks the wending ways, the party explores the 4 rooms.  4 wooden figures on shelf, lots of books mushahs, a ritual 'the worm that walks' that turns you into a creature swarm-of-wrms with notes from Celestique about getting stuff to trap titan-slayer. Brown-room a journal in elvish, mages 4 disbands!!, and world-weaver considers how to recruit replacements.  Scetch of spear w note 'could be useful for travel to other places;  also considerations of how to become a god (usign blood, flesh).  Blue Room v austere, journal indicating how much "'she' hates being in proximity to Cavel".  The upshot is a broken band that conspired to send Titan slayer to his doom.
> As we search the parts of the carpet, the party on the balcony see something approach .. a dragone-demon thing in black, ogre size huged-winged with a prehensile tail.. accompanied by 4 humanoids w spiky skins and tails (nervous disposition)
